Sonja seeks challenges in her professional as well as in her private life. She likes to laugh, does not like sausages and not drink beer. This is why John believes she got thrown out of her native Germany. Meat-lover Jenny occasionally tells her that her formerly vegetarian room-mate finally got converted. Honi soit qui mal y pense.
Sonja also likes to hike but prefers at least a 1200 threat count cotton sheet at the end of the day (so no overnight hiking) even though Ruihua tries to convince her otherwise. Progress will be reported here. Sonja is glad that Geoff recently joined the group to chase us up the hills (if we show signs of exhaustion).
